PayIT — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PayIT mobile application and related services (the “Service”), operated by Teedoh Labs, Inc. (“Teedoh Labs”, “PayIT”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
PayIT is a personal finance and bill-planning tool. It helps you view balances, plan bill payments around your pay periods, and organize your finances. PayIT may connect to your financial accounts (through our provider Plaid) to display and categorize your data.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is currently offered to users in the United States.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
4. Bank Connections
If you connect a financial account, you authorize PayIT, through Plaid, to access account information on your behalf to provide the Service. Your use of Plaid is also subject to Plaid's terms and privacy policy. You can disconnect accounts at any time in the app.
5. Not Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice
PayIT provides informational tools only. It does not provide financial, legal, investment, or tax advice, and is not a bank, lender, or money transmitter. You are responsible for your own financial decisions; verify important information with your financial institutions.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it in an unauthorized manner, interfering with its operation, reverse engineering it except where permitted by law, or using it to violate any law or another person's rights.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms are presented in the app at the time of purchase, and subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store under its terms. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
8. PayIT Access Code Messages
PayIT may send optional access-code or account-access messages by email, SMS, MMS, or RCS when you request delivery or provide your contact information for PayIT beta, testing, or account access. The PayIT Access Codes message program is transactional and is used to deliver one-time or single-use codes for PayIT account access. Message frequency varies based on your requests and account activity, and is typically limited to requested access-code delivery. Message and data rates may apply.
SMS, MMS, and RCS messages are optional and are not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages, and reply HELP for help. You may also contact payit@teedohlabs.com for support. PayIT does not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data shown will always be accurate or current.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayIT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
